Guest mode
You can complete the whole assessment and see your full report without creating an account. In guest mode your answers are stored on your own device only.
What we collect
The answers you give in the assessment: age, country, and self-reported routine figures for work, commute, sleep, exercise, personal time, social time and screen time. We do not ask for your name, and we never ask for medical records.
If you create an account
Saved reports are linked to your account so you can revisit and compare them. You can delete any single report, or your account and all associated answer data. Deletion of personal answer data is permanent, not a hidden flag.
Shared results
If you create a share link, only the specific figures shown on the card are made publicly readable at that link. Nothing else from your assessment is exposed, and you can revoke the link.
What we never do
We do not sell your answers, and we do not use them to estimate any individual health outcome.
